Welcome to the Training Program at Collaborative Psychology Group (CPG)

Welcome to Collaborative Psychology Group! CPG is a multi-intervention training site committed to developing thoughtful, skilled, and socially responsive clinicians. As a trainee, you will receive training and exposure to a wide range of therapeutic modalities while working alongside a large, diverse group of clinicians who bring a wealth of experience, perspective, and clinical wisdom.

Your time at CPG is intentionally designed as a developmental period in which trainees begin to deepen their clinical identity and acquire more focused training in one or more areas of interest (e.g., Adult Therapy, Child and Adolescent Work, Trauma, Diversity and Social Justice, LGBTQ+ Affirmative Care, EMDR, Psychological Assessment, and more). While this training does not imply specialization by the end of your placement, it does aim to prepare you to be confident, competent, and well-equipped for pre-licensure training and professional clinical practice in psychology.
