Welcome to Collaborative Psychology Group! My name is Taryn Sherrill and I am the Director of Operations here at CPG. I began my journey at CPG in 2015 as the receptionist for the practice, and shortly thereafter I was promoted to the Administrative Assistant until 2019. My experience at CPG planted the seed for my passion and love for mental health. I carried that passion with me after I left CPG in 2019, and I decided that this is the field I wanted to be in. In 2021, I began my education at Riverside City College where I earned my associates degree in psychology in June of 2024. I recently accepted admission into CSUSB for their BSW program and am excited to start in Fall of 2025.
In addition to going to school during my time away, I was a stay at home mom to my three amazing children! We are a sports family and love going to flag football and soccer games. We also love going to the movies, the beach, and spending time with our families.
Being back here at CPG feels like being back home. It is important to me to maintain an environment that makes you feel welcome when you step into our offices. As the Operations Director here at CPG, I am confident in my ability to help you in any way I can with the upmost respect, compassion, empathy, and privacy. I am so exited to be back, and I look forward to assisting you!

I am a recent recipient of RCC's Certificate of Completion-Interpreting Training Program; I look forward to continuing on in my educational journey in hopes to take part in RCC's first-ever Bachelor's Degree Program for Interpreting. I've been given the opportunity to work alongside Collaborative Psychology Group. As a CODA I am humbled to take part in this momentous ground-break between the Deaf Community and the field of Mental Health for Riverside County. As a California native, I love our beaches especially in the hot Summer sun! A dog lover to my core, I've got three little girls and one big boy!
I am a HUGE sports fan, I love playing softball and going to Dodger games!

My name is Chelsey and I have been with the Collaborative Psychology Group for four years as a Receptionist. I am a licensed and certified Medical Assistant. I have worked in a variety of different medical fields from hospice care to psychology. My favorite thing about working at CPG is the enviornment and being able to facilitate providing mental health services for our clients.

Shiji is a mental health oriented, holistic, and dedicated student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology working to get his Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Master’s degree. Previously Shiji earned his Bachelor’s degree in psychology at California State University San Marcos in 2020. As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Shiji has worked/volunteered at PFLAG (LGBTQ+ non-profit support organization) for over 10 years and is currently collaborating with the Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice to provide immigration services and workshops in trauma-focused care. Shiji has over 4 years of customer service experience with 2 years being in the health/mental health field working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Registered Behavioral Therapist. Shiji has always had a strong service oriented mentality especially when it comes to providing health services. Shiji aspires to be a LMFT after graduation from his current institution in 2025. Shiji believes and lives by the mantra that all living beings are self-healing and loving as long as they are being true to themselves and trust in their own abilities. Shiji aspires to bring this energy into everything he does in his life and is very enthusiastic to offer his services with the Collaborative Psychology Group.

Hi! I’m Kalena. Mental health has always been an important part of my life for many reasons. I’m a kind, compassionate and empathetic person, and I believe that this has guided me to where I am today. I graduated from Platt College in 2016 with an Associate Degree in Medical Administrative Assisting. I have several years of experience with working in the Mental Health field, in both Outpatient and Inpatient facilities. I also worked for County of Riverside for 5 consecutive years but decided to end my journey with the county to join the CPG team. I’m honored to be a part of this team and hope to be a great asset. I look forward to assisting the individuals and families who need it. I love spending time with my friends and family, making and listening to music, going to the beach, being outdoors, thrift shopping, the color green, Korean BBQ, astrology, spirituality, and listening to audiobooks on self-development.

I'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with the Collaborative Psychology Group. I'm excited to learn more, and assist the community, in any way I can. I'm a mother of 2 amazing children, and outside of work, I'm dedicated to them, and all their activities. I'm a dedicated worker, and a strong team player, I am willing to help when needed, no questions asked. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my children and family, I love to shop, for myself and others, I'm very much a giver, it fills my bucket!
