Operations Manager

My name is Taryn Sherrill and I am the Operations Manager here at CPG. I began my journey at CPG in 2015 as the receptionist for the practice, and grew to become the Administrative Assistant until 2019. My experience at CPG planted the seed for my passion and love for mental health. I carried that passion with me after I left CPG in 2019, and I decided that this is the field I wanted to be in. In 2021, I began my education at Riverside City College where I earned my associates degree in psychology in June of 2024, and am currently earning my BSW at a Cal State.

Tanika Gayle, Psy.D

Founded by Dr. Tanika Gayle, Collaborative Psychology Group, APC is proud to be a diverse, affirming, multi-discipline psychology group. Our practice is committed to social justice where we partner with people, couples, or groups seeking therapy to reach mutual understanding, improve communication, or resolve conflict. You will find collaborative therapy useful for exploring different perspectives. Collaborative Psychology Group clinicians speak English, ASL and Spanish. We come from a broad ethnic, gender, and sexual diverse backgrounds. Our clinicians utilize approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral, Systems, Differentiation, EMDR, and all approaches are tailored to our client's needs through collaboration.

Executive Administrative Assistant

I'm Cheyienne, I've been in the medical field for many years, from assisted living facilities, to working with a nonprofit organization, housing the homeless and Veterans. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with the Collaborative Psychology Group. I'm excited to learn more, and assist the community, in any way I can. I'm a mother of 2 amazing children, and outside of work, I'm dedicated to them, and all their activities. I'm a dedicated worker, and a strong team player, I am willing to help when needed, no questions asked. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my children and family, I love to shop, for myself and others, I'm very much a giver, it fills my bucket! I'm excited on my new Journey in life, and to see what life has in store for me and CPG.

My name is Chelsey and I have been with the Collaborative Psychology Group for four years as a Receptionist. I am a licensed and certified Medical Assistant. I have worked in a variety of different medical fields from hospice care to psychology. My favorite thing about working at CPG is the enviornment and being able to facilitate providing mental health services for our clients. "Mental Health... is not a destination, but a process. Hello, my name is Sasha! I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands in 2018 and spent six years working as a Registered Behavioral Therapist, providing ABA therapy to children ages 2-16. Recently, I transitioned into a Medical Receptionist role with Collaborative Psychology Group, where I hope to continue growing professionally while contributing behind the scenes in patient care and support. I enjoy working with others, learning new skills, and adapting to new environments and challenges. I’m grateful to be part of CPG and excited for the opportunities to expand my knowledge and build a long-term career in mental health.

Hi there! I’m Montana, one of the front desk admins here, at CPG. I’m super excited to be working among such gifted, and driven individuals within the very important field of mental health. Once I finish my degree in psychology, my goal is to be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist like many of the talented ones that are here in office! I very much look forward to growing my understanding and experience in the field of psychology through my career at CPG. I’ll see you in office!

Hello, my name is Brittni and I am the medical biller here at CPG. I specialize in medical billing and truly enjoy what I do. I am also a wife and a mother, and I wouldn’t change that for anything in the world. I enjoy working at CPG and consider myself a very understanding person, which helps me greatly in my role as a biller. I understand that the current economy makes financing difficult for many people. While CPG is a business, I strive to make our clients feel comfortable when discussing their accounts. If I could improve the world, I would make healthcare more accessible to a larger population. For now, I take small steps whenever I can to do my part in making the world a better place.
