Darrilyn Demouchet, NP
Darrilyn Demouchet, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her clinical practice focuses on assessing and treating children, adolescents and adults behaviohral health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, insomnia, mood, psychotic, and personality disorders. Ms. Demouchet believes that a collaborative partnership between herself and her clients to develop a mutually agreed upon plan of care will yield the greatest chances of success.
Ms. Demoucet obtained both her bachelor’s and master's degrees at Azusa Pacific University. She has over 15 years of nursing experience, working in a variety of specialties including, intensive care, post- partum, surgery and urgent care.
Prior to her experience as a nurse practitioner, Ms. Demouchet, aquired a bachelor's degree and California teaching credential. She has additional experience working with children and adolescents as a public school teacher. She utilizes this knowledge to assist children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues. Darrilyn is very passionate about early intervention in a holistic manner in addressing child/ adolescent mental health wellness.

Ms. Demouchet is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, California Nurse Practitioner Association, and Critical Care Nurses Association. She also serves as a clinical preceptor for students pursuing a degree as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners at local universities.

Tracy Mason, NP
Tracy started out her career in psychiatry over 15years ago working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental illnesses in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics,
group homes, and community-based programs which was the foundation of her career path towards becoming a registered nurse and ultimately a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
Upon graduating with her Bachelors in Nursing, Tracy began working as Registered Nurse in an intensive care unit where she witnessed firsthand the gap between medical and psychiatric care, and
how the mind/body connection is often ignored. These gaps in care encouraged Tracy to pursue her
education further and obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and become board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). As a PMHNP, Tracy specializes in holistic treatment of adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals with depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, and attention disorders. Along with staying up to date with the most
current practices, Tracy is also a strong advocate for empowering nurses and she fiercely believes that nurses should play a pivotal role in shaping modern health care.

illness though supportive education in a stigma free environment.”
Kristin is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services across the
lifespan. She began her career as a Registered Nurse and has 12 years of nursing experience within diverse settings, including intensive care, oncology, and post-surgical rehabilitation. These experiences have highlighted the impact mental health has on the body which empowered Kristin to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Western
University of Health Sciences, specializing in psychiatric mental health. She joined Collaborative Psychology Group after completing her internship with CPG and manages
mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and substance-related disorders. Kristin’s approach to mental healthcare emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships through empathetic communication and active listening. he is committed to applying evidence-based practice and collaborating with individuals and families to develop personalized treatment plans. She is passionate about empowering clients through education and fostering resilience and self-care. With a solid foundation in nursing principles and comprehensive education in psychiatric-mental health, Kristin utilizes her skills in assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapeutic interventions, and medication management to support clients in achieving mental wellness. “I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. Everyone needs support
through life’s challenges, and I hope to empower my clients to feel validated in their
experience, reduce the stigma revolved around mental health, and encourage overall
healing.”
On her free time, you can find Kristin spending time with her multiple dogs, gardening,
and painting.
